▪ Free Physical Examinations on emergency only additional after

   hours charge

▪ Complete Blood Count (CBC) : Evaluate red blood cells-anemia,

  white blood cells -infection/inflammation, platelets-clotting

▪ Blood Chemistry  (Multiple Organ Function)

▪ Thyroid Test (T4)

▪ Urinalysis

▪ Basic Prophylactic Dental Cleaning and Polishing and Routine 

  General Anesthesia 

           (Does not include additional requirements that may be needed to

           reduce anesthesia risk or additional dental work such as extraction

       ▪ EKG  (Electrocardiogram to evaluate Heart Function) 

        ▪ Xrays/Radiographs (Thoracic/ Chest  or Abdominal / Belly  2 Views)

        ▪ Membership provides an emergency telephone number and access to

          your veterinarian 24/7 excluding a maximum of 3 weeks a year, and 

          any unforeseen personal emergencies, acts of war, or acts of god.  

          During any of these times another Veterinarian will provide coverage

          for emergency services.   In some instances advanced diagnostics and

          care may require referral.

       ▪ Emergency services will be discounted to egular office hours fees.

       ▪ Membership provides an additional 20% discount on all services

          excluding food.
